Does MS go into remission and if it does how do you know?

In recurring/remittant MS is does indeed go into remission. You know because you have full sensation everywhere, your eyes work just fine, and you aren't feeling confused about the little things anymore. If you start to question whether you actually DO have MS, then its in remission..
