Emma - Exercise is essential in facing our demon - It is not necessary to train for the Olympics, just maintain your own mobility as much as possible. All movement is exercise, so sometimes it is a good idea to move a bit more than yesterday! Rest days are equally important, don't overdo it!
Try to vary your exercise routine, as it can become too repetitive and difficult to motivate yourself.
(Some days, my exercise is to walk to the kitchen to make a coffee - so the following day, I have two cups of coffee)!

Good advice. I can do this!
Exercise a little a day. Work arms one day and legs the next. I have to stop making excuses for myself when not in PT.
If only it were that easy. Every one of us on here would be exercising every moment of our lives to keep the wretchedness at bay. I highly recommend you watch Dr. Boster's video series on exercise. It's very good! It should answer most of your questions.
