I take tizanidine at night - a muscle relaxant as I have spasticity issues, particularly at night.

I take tizanidine for spasticity at night - it can make you sleepy, which for me is a bonus as it not only calms the spasticity, but helps me sleep without feeling like I had a drugged sleep.

I have just started Gabepentin at night to help with the deep ache in my legs and feet that keep me up. It has worked so well! No aches and I have been sleeping right through the night!
