I have a cousin with chiari and fibromyalgia. Not sure if they said her fibro was connected to the chiari.

No he didn't. But a few years back I heard someone say that ms always follows chiari, and I asked that very question here and people said that no there is no connection.

I did. I had the surgery for it in 2007. I continued to have issues and I was diagnosed in 2011 with ms.

I don't believe they are related but both chiari and MS share comorbitities as well.. This is why there is a misdiagnosis.Neurologist in my area seem to think it's nothing but anxiety and in our heads...
