I have PPMS,and have used betaseron,copaxone and rebif,none really helped,I now have too been on Tysabri infusions for probably 3 years now,and I'm told by friends,family and I feel myself that I seem much better,and my mri's since starting it has showed no new or active lesions. This has been the best thing for me,I hope it does well for you!

A drug slated/hopefully to be approved for progressive MS 2017 is ocrelizumab.

I have primary progressive ms and I take providule and Rituximab infusions and I have not been getting worse for a couple of years.
