I too get the shakes, sometimes when I wake up from a nights sleep. But, then through the day I have on and off had full body earthquake shakes.I have noticed they are more often when I am in a flare.

I get the shakes. I can not tell if it is from my MS or low blood sugar since I am a diabetic.

This is a good question. I don't really have the shakes but last week I went to the dentist and during the procedure my body started shaking uncontrollably. Maybe I was nervous? Maybe it was cold? But I'm curious to hear everyone's answer
