Yes @BillNicholas I do have heat intolerance and never considered using a hot tub knowing what I do. I put all doctors in the same category, they are "Practitioners" they are not perfect, that must always be kept in mind when communing with doctors.

Wow! You have not lived until you had dark cherries! :) Fresh cherries are sweet! they are in season now! Also to get the best benefits from the organic tart cherry juice make sure it is fresh pressed! I buy all my organic pure organic juices from Lakewood Juice check the website out at their website, lakewoodjuic.com, I believe! :)

@A MyMSTeam Member I like you, do not benefit from taking supplemental magnesium in pill form so, I try to keep good food sources alongside a wonderful cream I use periodically called Blue Emu it works pretty good for muscle spasm issues.

@BillNichols,@A MyMSTeam Member: Magnesium is not well absorbed through the digestive tract. That is why I'm always touting the use of Epsom Salts in as warm a bath as you can stand. The skin will absorb Magnesium and the Epsom Salts Pulls Lactic Acid from your muscles that are hurting and cramping. Sometimes I just fill the Tub to cover my legs..and message them and my hands and feet. Amazing Stuff..
