Why, why, why is it that you can be so tired... like, literally like a zombie all droopy eyed and dribbling you're so tired, BUT the minute your head hits the pillow it's like your brain jumps into action and is like "no, no, noooooo. Yes @BillNicholas I do have heat intolerance and never considered using a hot tub knowing what I do. I put all doctors in the same category, they are "Practitioners" they are not perfect, that must always be kept in mind when communing with doctors.

@A MyMSTeam Member I like you, do not benefit from taking supplemental magnesium in pill form so, I try to keep good food sources alongside a wonderful cream I use periodically called Blue Emu it works pretty good for muscle spasm issues.
Stress is no good, so I built a trike to releve leave the stress. It really works.
@BillNichols,@A MyMSTeam Member: Magnesium is not well absorbed through the digestive tract. That is why I'm always touting the use of Epsom Salts in as warm a bath as you can stand. The skin will absorb Magnesium and the Epsom Salts Pulls Lactic Acid from your muscles that are hurting and cramping. Sometimes I just fill the Tub to cover my legs..and message them and my hands and feet. Amazing Stuff..
