I was just told that I have numerous blockages in my hands by my vascular doctor, even though he said that all the "plumbing" in my arms (down to my wrists) was that of a 16 year old. One finger is even dark purple, cold and the skin is numb..
please remember that not everything is due to MS. If anyone is having symptoms that are noticeable, new or concerning or ANYTHING.......please tell a dr that you trust, be it your PCP or neurologist, not everything is caused by MS.
I have this and was diagnosed with Raynaud's Phenomenon.
I have those symptoms on my feet involving my toes
Raynaud's phenomenon? It comes with MS and is decreased blood flow to hands. I've read that parts of the hand could be discolored like your one finger. Maybe researching it could give you ideas on how to help your hands.
I have neuropathy in mine but so an excellent physio who gave me basic exercises with plastercine to do from thumb to baby finger to reduce swelling and to increse the dexterity x
