Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy PML I don't know the medical info. on it. I just know I tried to get on Tysebra and I tested positive on what's called the JC test. Because of that, There is a risk of PML and could not go on Tysybra. I've heard of some people testing positive and a year or so later tested negative.

When I first heard of PML I was afraid of sudden death!
Now, there is little chance of that happening, and I would rather NOT inject myself!

I have the jc virus and I was on tysabri for 2 years then I had to go off of it because of the pml risk they keep a close eye on you when taking tysabri if you have the jc virus and I liked tysabri because it was once a month treatment and you didn't have to worry about taking pills or needles every day it was a get it and forget it I liked it
