I have been on Gilenya about that long. I have antibodies for PML and can't go on Tysabrie. I went of for a bit but got back on doing much better. Waiting on new drug to come out next year.

Is your specialist an MS specialist? How are you at risk for PML? I have been on gileyna for 3yrs myself and I'm jc+. I've just found d out from this site that gileyna can cause PML.
