Same place you look up questions or ask questions you will see "my profile" option & once there you'll see a check mark beside the "my updates"

Go to your profile then updates

On ur phone? Up in the left hand corner is how u get to ur profile, team etc.

There's an ap u can put on ur phone! A lot easier!
