So I've had random bouts of numbness and tingling that's pretty mild. Today I had been sitting for a few minutes and when I tried to stand up I about fell over because I just couldn't work my legs. Pins and needles big time and they felt 10,000lbs and I just couldn't move them right. It was like when you fall asleep on your arm overnight and you wake up and it feels like it's not your arm. No you're not over reacting ms is to blamed for that!
Those are my symptoms. My entire right side. Literally. Boths sides feel different . I am righty and this is affecting my right side. I pray it's temporary for you. I walk with a walker, even though the doc prefer a scooter chair, because i dont know when my leg is gonna just go limp.
@A MyMSTeam Member, 5 days of solu medrol almost completely knocked out my optic neuritis during my last relapse. It really does work wonders. It's the prednisone taper that I didn't like. The solu medrol is such a high dose of steroids they have to wean you off with oral prednisone afterwards. That wreaked havoc on my skin, sleep schedule etc. but it WAS worth it. I wish you luck and hope your legs start behaving!!
no, This happens to alot of MS people,it sometimes makes you feel like your crazy...symptoms lasting a short time and then your fine..Everyone Everyone with MS have different symptoms, this may be one of yours
I deal with the same thing. If stand or sit to long but seems to go away. My leg or arm will just not work. Like I said goes away.
