I started Tecfidera roughly 1 month ago. I haven't had any side effects other than mild flushing the first 2 weeks. One thing I have noticed, I am tired all the time now. I could literally sleep all day. I went from very little sleep to not being able to stay awake if I sit down. Anyone else experience this?

I'm also one month in and having extreme fatigue. I had fatigue before tecfidera but not like this! Last week was a struggle to get through my work week but thank goodness today i'm starting to feel a little less fatigued. I also haven't had much issues with flushing or GI...I've been keeping my stomach full though out of fear from stories I've read lol.

I also have been using Tecfidera for about a month. I have been taking Vuitamin B which seems to help a lot.

Yes I noticed the same thing when I started taking Tecfidera. I thought I was tired before...lol Wow what an experience. I do not have any of the bad side effects either for which I am very thankful! But there are somedays that I question if taking it is worth the fatigue I get from it. It's supposed to slow the disease down not us, right?
