I have been using essential oils for almost everything now, some help and some don't but I found that Roman chamomile really helps me with spasms, I mix it with hemp oil and coconut oil & make a salve, and frankincense helps a lot with healing and anxiety, and I use lavender for a lot of things,it really does help relax you and I have a hard time sleeping so it helps a lot,and I diffuse thieves oil cause it kills 99% of airborne germs, and I told my neurologist that since I started doing that I haven't got sick and she said she has heard that before. There are a lot of uses for essential oils.

Yes, I rub peppermint and Frankencense on rear base of neck and upper part of my feet.

Yes - I use them daily. I have two different "recipes", one for morning use and one night time. When I first started them in December I noticed a difference. I was able to walk a little better and my balance was better. If you'd like I can send the types of oils.....I order mine from Young Living.
