Has anybody tried fasting with dieting? I just read an article that fasting worked in the mouse model. 20% (of mice) went symptom free on a 3 day fast 7 day non-fasting cycle (3 cycles) I was thinking about trying it out but have no clue the appropriate way to fast.

Interesting article, and I think I'm going to try it. I'll post any results.

I just finished round 2 of the limited fast. I'm not sure I feel any different yet, but I'm going to do round 3 next week. My wife thinks I am more energetic and walk better, but I don't feel it myself. But I'll keep trying. It hasn't been too hard so far. Thank goodness I like avocados! More later.

Saw that article too but hadnt tried it. But yes, it has to be done the safe way particularly hydration. We all know hydration is great for the brain and usually the first thing my neuro says to do with any relapse. Id he curious to see if anyone has or will do it, how it turns out.
