What's the difference in primary and secondary progressive MS?
Actually they have joined prms with ppms @A MyMSTeam Member. The model has changed.
PPMS comes with much less inflammation from the beginning @meisse. And there may still be relapses and inflammation with SPMS, so steroids may still help.
I was upgraded to SPMS 4 years ago. I am currently on Rituxan. I notice a great improvement soon after dosing. Infuse every 6 months. As time approaches the next dose I can tell the diifference. It is strange to look forward to an infusion!
I have progressive secondary multiple sclerosis and my doctor told that that was the end of the line not much they can do for me :-(
the best thing you can do Is Google Or ask YouTub. you will probably get the best answer
@A MyMSTeam Member - seems to me that they already do. ๐
