Lately I've been waking up at 2am, tossing and turning the rest of the night & waking up so sore all over (like I've gone crazy working out for a week straight) does anyone know what this could be?

I used to do this, but it doesn't happen anymore because I sleep so soundly thankfully due to my CBD/THC chocolates that I take at night. Works incredibly well for me on pain, inflammation, anxiety, insomnia.... XX

I agree with @A MyMSTeam Member!!! But I was having the same issues except the working out part. But what I did was take Baclofen and valium for the muscle spasms and my husband told me that it has been so great that I was actually sleeping. I hope this helps. I am not advocating to take medication, but my poor husband was not getting any sleep because I either was moving or getting up and he had to work the next day. I go through periods of non sleep too. Many ms sufferers experience this. I sleep 3 to 4 hours and then either can't sleep and/or toss and turn. You will laugh but toast and peanut butter knocks me out and I sleep soundly after...😀
