Lots of my family thinks RSO will help reverse the effects of MS or just stop new legions altogether from forming. I've been on oil pills for 3 weeks now and it's helped with pain while walking. Other than that nothing has changed and I'm unsure if I should continue or not as I'm going to start Tysabri on Monday. I don't want both Tysabri and oil pills together to cause anything else, but my neurologist says he knows nothing about RSO. Any feedback would be highly appreciated.
RSO is Rick Simpson Oil, which is a specialized process and type of CBD oil, and is not available for purchase. Where did you purchase it, because there is a lot of questionable CBD oil being sold on the Internet ?
RSO is a specialized blend/type of CBD oil that also still contains a small percentage of THC, which is why it can't be purchased on the internet. RSO is supposed to cure cancers, COPD, and other illnesses.
RSO is commonly used instead of DMD's, as many feel that most of those drugs do more harm than good. Definitive, positive information regarding MS and CBD is very hard to find, but many people swear by it. As with all things MS, everyone is different. You will need to do your research and then decide if you want to take both.
There is a Facebook page for Rick Simpson, and also a website :. www.phoenixtears.ca
I have PPMS, so I need something that starts the myelin repair process. So far, I have not found any proof that CBD can do that.
My dads friend makes it. Told it takes 12 hours. I would never buy it off the internet. Sorry that took so long to respond.
Dmd is just short for disease modifying drugs. I was on tecfidera before switching to tysabri as well. I would call the patient assistance line @ biogen and ask them if the oil pills will interact with the ty. I believe the # is (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators)
RSO are oil pills. I'm not sure what dmd's is. Today is my last day on Tecfidera.
