Before I was dx with MS. I did use Gingko as well while I was in school. Then just a year ago I could not concentrate at all and it was really showing at work. My PCP didn't really want to give it to me (ADDERAL) but did at a low dose that really didn't do anything and the Neuro I had didn't specialize in MS so she said NO, so I switched my Neuro and he gave me a good strength and he said the pcp probably just doesn't know that much about the benefits of this for MS patients. I love my new Neuro. He listens to me.

I can remember things from years ago, but can't tell you what I did.uesterday. So yes, guess you can day I do. Now sometimes something can trigger a memory from the black times, but that is rare. A few weeks from now, I will be able to give you a minute by minute play of yesterday. I hate it.

I suffer from this and have for many years. I found taking Gingko helped me a lot. 120mg every night.
