I feel you, Mo. I get the same way. Any movement that my brain says is abnormal throws me off balance. Going down stairs is HARD. My brain can't assess how far down the stair is and I fall often. My neuro's advice: go slow. I'm already at sloth-pace. I mean, how much slower does one have to get? :/

Yes!!! I can look at my phone and walk because the movement of the floor in the background makes me sick and throws me off balance. Even scrolling on my phone or at times looking at my computer screens makes me so nauseated that I have to close my eyes or look away.

Totally opposite, have absolutely no balance without vision. Guess we should all skip the fun house with flashing strobe lights. πŸ˜•

mine is the opposite also. I find it gernerally easy to get dizzy, but closing my eyes guarantees dizziness, I have to be hanging on to a table or doorfrane to stay on my feet.
