I was on this for 2.5 years and I didn't have any issues with it. I was taken off it and put on Tecfidera, because I was told that the treatment was only supposed to be used for two years. I've seen people say that they have gone much longer than two years, but I prefer the pills.

I have had one and can't get rid of it. Also fingernails are in constant pain.

No, but I've put on weight and no matter what I do can't lose it - haven't had a weight issue for many years, 'normally if I feel I've put a little weight on I just be careful what I eat for a couple weeks and everything gets back to where I want pretty quick, but not now, nothing is helping - but I guess its more likely to be middle age than any drug. Sigh.
