Tell me how you manage when fatigue is kicking your arse.
ms fatigue hits all of us differently , i use to just sleep through it and get extremly hot
now i find if i sit and have my room very cold with a fan type water blower on it keeps it from lasting too long
but if its needed i sleep
also i have been taking some new pills that are working wonders for me
I take provigil during the work week and just force myself through it. I will try limited exercise, and if I am not feeling any better after 10-15 minutes I quit. I have found that making myself do some form of exercise, it has helped a lot. It is hard to just start, but i just force myself.
Rest a lot 💤
I just keep going doing whatever I need to do, drinking loads of water as well. If I sit down to rest I will fall asleep for an hour or so and that means my regular sleep is not going to be the same or normal.
@A MyMSTeam Member they give you a B12 I think routinely when they are testing for MS. like b12 and lyme titer so they can rule out those before going to MS. Maybe you have low B!2....Take in in a injection or sublingual...works better
