Costochondritis is pain in the chest, often on the left side. It can mimic a heart attack, but it is inflammation between the ribs. It hurts terribly and makes it hard to lift anything or even breathe at times. It started when I was lifting my grandson above me while playing on the couch a couple of years ago. TY for sharing. I have not heard of the disease but I do know MS Hugs are painful. You are in my prayers.
A good thing to do would be to see a physiotherapist. Even better would be to see a Rheumatology Physiotherapist. Costochondritis is incredibly painful but it can be improved with the correct exercises and treatment.

Only treatment for costochondritis is anti-inflammatory, like ibuprofen. It also interacts with the saratus anterior muscle that runs down the under side of the arm to the middle to the pinky finger.
