Does Anyone Else Have Bouts Of Costochondritis With MS? How Do You Handle It And What Does Your Doctor Say?
Costochondritis is pain in the chest, often on the left side. It can mimic a heart attack, but it is inflammation between the ribs. It hurts terribly and makes it hard to lift anything or even breathe at times. It started when I was lifting my grandson above me while playing on the couch a couple of years ago. A good thing to do would be to see a physiotherapist. Even better would be to see a Rheumatology Physiotherapist. Costochondritis is incredibly painful but it can be improved with the correct exercises and treatment.

Only treatment for costochondritis is anti-inflammatory, like ibuprofen. It also interacts with the saratus anterior muscle that runs down the under side of the arm to the middle to the pinky finger.
