Tizanidine worked last night, but the pain is back today. I did get a pretty good night sleep though.
Baclofen and lots of protein helps me. My MS nurse practitioner told me to eat lots of protein. The beer battered fish helps me a lot.
I don't think I suffer from spasticity per se as I can still walk several kilometres a day; which I 'force' myself to do every day. When I initially stand from a sitting or prone position I am often very unsteady and sway for several seconds. I suffer from drunken gait. The best relief I get for tired or stiff legs is a massage. Not sure this answer is particularly useful...
@michelle1974I.. i've had luck with baclofen and flexerol for spasticity
I tried Baclofen & had to stop taking it cause it made me my throat close up, I could hardly swollow, really scary.
