I read your post and I so sorry you haven't been able to touch base with anyone! My self I'm pretty much stuck at home. Can't drive and even when I venture out I have trouble. I spend a lot of time on my I-Pad I helps me stay connected. Stay strong we Got This we can't give up☺️☺️☺️

Hi OH Gal....from Niles...Is that close to Youngstown...anyway the Braun Lift in mine went dread due to inactivity...3 months of not using it...it froze with rust...had my caregiver lube it with white lithium grease..then drove it and shook it up..then after me buying parts ..for it..it started to work. again..with no parts needed...

It seems to me they are a government agency with a mission to serve people in your situation. I would press the issue.
