Ive had vertigo all day today. I have never experenced it before. What should I do? Should I call my nero. in the morning?

Vestibular therapy had no effect on me, my lesions are on my cerebellum which amongst other things controls the balance mechanism so it was never an inner ear problem.
Yes. Call your neurologist!
I do yoga twice a week, I feel good
It was my 1st symptom and I couldn't stand up for 6 months, was originally told inner ear problem (vestibular neuritis) , how I wish that had been true. 2 years on I still have to fight it but my body's adjusted enough to be able to get about on my feet, a bit drunk looking at times but I'm not about to fall over like before.
I had positional vertigo last July. I couldn't move my head without the room taking a big spin. I went to my GP and he said it wasn't necessarily the MS. It had something to do with the inner ear. He recommended something for motion sickness and it cleared up within a week. I hope yours clears quickly.
