Like most of my symptoms that come and go. My memory (short term) stays gone.

I play brain games to keep me sharp. Lumosity.com is a great site that keeps track of your progress.

Mine comes and goes. One day I'm fine, others not so much. I am worse when I'm stressed or tired....I'm a mom so not sure when I'm not but anyway.......

I was able to regain some of my cognitive function through diet and a liver cleanse.

Don't laugh but... Ginkgo biloba works along with omega 3s fish oil , also helps on days when I'm dizzy and look like a drunkard eesh best of luck to you!

It was a heavy metal cleanse. Special diet and restrictions along with it. I used a health coach who believes that the ails of the body can be cured nutritionally. I will ask him if it is ok to distribute his liver cleanse sheet. The issue is that each one of us is different so treatment might be different. He is not expensive and he is in California. I communicate by internet.
