Hi, how are you? you should definitely speak with your Neurologist or primary care physician. if you're on a lot of meds like I am they would know the best vitamins for you to take that will be most effective to your health. Everyone's body is different so what may be suggested to us may not be for you based on your medicine. I'm a Nurse and that would be the best advice I could give you. I hope it helped. Take care of yourself :-) @A MyMSTeam Member

@Jerryl my neurologist indicates that most m.sets need more vitamin D than normal he gives me 5,000 iu daily. I have had m.s. since August 2010 no relapses. He trained at the Cleveland Clinic.

Uncertain.. You shouldn't get that type of an answer from anyone but your Dr., because of their experience with medicine and you. Its dangerous to play around even with over the counter meds.

I take fish oil and b complex. I was taking vitamin d-3....
Neurologist took me off since my system manufactures kidney stones at a rapid rate....Like @A MyMSTeam Member was told I don't need more than a normal amount. Listen to your doctor, he knows best.
