Does anyone else have adverse effects while doing yoga? I've stayed pretty athletic over the years but yoga can make my dizzy, and disoriented.

I've recently stopped attending yoga classes (after 8+ years). It was an 1.5 hour class and I was finding it very tiring and hard to get up off the floor. I did feel dizzy and nauseous in certain poses.
