Does anyone use Turmeric for inflammation??

Oh Yes, I love Turmeric Curcumin. It works great on My Day Time pain as well as My mood and it works on Inflammation as well. I have done My Research on this and it may work on treating Ms also.

I have added both the supplement and infusion of it into my diet. Add it to meals cooked (both diced root and spice) and teas with it.
It seems to help.

I take turmeric twice daily, plus anytime before I eat foods with high saturated fat or wheat-based products...it seems to curb my inflammation.

Just made a variation of turmeric tea recipe that especially enjoying:

1 tsp organic turmeric
1 tsp organic ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash organic pepper
Dash organic clove
Dash nutmeg
1.5 cup water
Simmer the above together for 10 minutes
Then strain and whizz/blend with
quarter cup organic half and half
Tsp honey and 1 Tbsp organic coconut oil

Really enjoying!
