I also have a sort of restless leg syndrome it's irritating aS can its aching and dull and can be throbbing or stabbing also in my feet

Hi I discovered quite by accident a magnesium spray recently that i just rub into my legs before going to bed . it has really helpful in relieving restless leg syndrome. Hope this helps I know how irritating it can be !

For real?! I can't believe that addiction would be a concern! What are you supposed to do suffer. Ask for baclofan then. Perhaps your provider will feel better about that one.

I Bath with a lot of bath salts and such, I am on no medicine yet

I get this as well. It is sooo irritating! I find a glass of tonic water every night helps a lot. When it doesn't, I sit in a chair for a bit, rolling my feet over medium soft rubber balls. That always does the trick, but it's annoying to do in the middle of the night when you're tired and aching to sleep.

(Clonazepam helped me too, but the dr weaned me off that as well, because "too addictive." Well, having a good night's sleep is addictive, too!)
