What dosage of curcumin supplement helps you with leg weakness and pain?

I use the powder in a cup of hot water 1 teaspoon everyday works great

I take it also. But reading what to take it says it has to have pepper in it plus you should take it at night. Google tumeric or curcumin on web MD it explains way better then I. But I do think it helps. Good luck😉

It is also called Tumeric. The writeup sates that this spice will do the job of 14 different meds. I tried it but it made my fingers tingle so I stopped. I will reintroduce it as Ive heard so many good things about it. I'm sorry you are not having any luck with it. Stay on it and keep trying.

I take 1 tab in the morning and 1 at night, and find that it helps especially with numbness
