Does anyone else use curcumin for natural pain relief and help with inflammation? It's from turmeric but using just turmeric doesn't help as there's not enough curcumin in the amount you'd use to cook.
I take it and Biotin, Baclofen, Tizanidene, Gabapentin, Tramadol, aspirin, Aleve & xtrastrength Tylenol and still have pain .
Yes, I do use Turmeric with Curcumin and it works great to relieve pain as well as for mood. I have been Researching this and it is also works as an Antidepressant. I only use natural things to treat My ms.
I've begun taking out recently for its antioxidant properties. Not sure if it's having any effect yet, but I've heard good things.
@A MyMSTeam Member not here of biofreeze cryotherapy what is it?
@A MyMSTeam Member I used to take tramadol and gabapentin and I'm on baclofen and zapain plus amitriptyline but it does depend on which curcumin you're taking is it 95% standardised curcumin as that's what they recommend. Also I use bee venom cream for specific areas of pain. I have a shoulder problem not related to ms and it is great for the pain and inflammation xx
