Ear thumping

Does anyone have thumping in ear it driving me mental epesilly when head is tilted.

Yes I had wax build up in my ear My Doc flushed it Since then been ok

Yes. Sounds like someone tapping the mic to test the sound. I've learned to let it happen and get on with my day. But I can't say I enjoy it.
