My muscle spasms will often knot. They’ll kinda thump. My legs and feet however do a thump, gurgle and oh so much more ! Now my feet, hands and knees turn red in heat. And that is most certainly vascular. I’d say Erythromelalgia, in my case. Can u explain more?

It definitely progressed! Now completely numb and stiff.
