Question Dose Anyone With MS Has Severe Hot Flashes To The Point That You Are Sweating even in the winter or when the air is on 60 ....Then my legs may be cold and hurting but the rest of my body is steaming hot....,

I'm like this too, I thought it was just me, my feet & hands could be freezing cold and my body sweating like mad then ill go cold, or my hands & feet can burn up while the rest of me is cold, I didn't know it could be the MS? I thought it might be the change, I'm 41 now. This is Interesting

Yes. I sometimes have hot sweats. I also have wet arms from sweating. My left leg gets really hot so I put it outside of the bed but my husband tells me my leg is freezing and I don't know until I touch it how cold it is. Also I can only have a shower as I can't feel the water temperature around my legs. My leg and foot on my left side constantly burn. Especially after walking or when I'm stood ironing.
