I don't know what types of tummy issues you're having, but the B has had a terrible history with reflux, and suffers from some pretty vicious nausea. We eliminated as much dietary fat as possible, sticking with olive and coconut oil. Avocado oil is next on our list. We use alot of slippery elm and papaya. Papaya seems to help with many different types of tummy issues. He does NOT go green, but will slam Greek type salads. The vegetables, and fruits he was missing seemed to have much benefit for him. Only rarely eating red meat seems to have helped. I tried him on ginger, which I have to slam to control nausea, but he hates it. We have done so much experimenting! I looked at the Protocol, and took some suggestions there, but it seems like experimentation, with attempts at a balanced view toward reducing inflammatories has helped the most. It's always a work in progress, and I am so grateful that he does not need so much in the way of meds for tummy issues. I look forward to other answers to your question! Constantly on the prowl for ideas!

I have had chronic gastritis and gerd since I started treatment for flares. Reducing acid is key to healing so no dairy, no caffeine, no spicy peppers, no tomatoes, no citrus, no acid. It's hard at first but it works. The worst thing is feeling ill on top of ms. Feel better
