I have had MS for a little over 3 years now and my how Tizanidine is a requirement in my life. While I am on Baclofen 3x a day. I need something extra at night to go with my baclofen so I have been on Tizanidine for about 1 1/2 years. It does make a difference for me.

I take 4 mg every night. It helps me sleep and I don't wake up in the middle of the night with muscle spasms. I swear by it!
