So I wondered if anyone gets off balance when they stand up or feel dizzy for a few minutes doing random activities? I had some low blood pressure and low heart rate about 3 wks ago but it's all back to normal except the balance. I'm having to use a cane to walk... anyone ????

I also went to physio for balance and falling issues. I have noticed some improvment I really need to work on my hip flexor muscels, core, and glute muscles because i was getting MS Hug and numbness in the areas I was not using them as well anymore so strenghening the small stablity muscels helps a bit. I bought an exercise ball and some days just sitting on it with my feet together is a work out. And it sucks but learning to slow the heck down and sit when you dont have to stand.. Im stubborn and try to move like I uses to.

@A MyMSTeam Member. I have problems with my balance as well. Especially doing things like yard work. I feel like I put on quite a show when I'm out there trying to maintain the road ditch in front of my house. And when I've been sitting a while and get up sometimes I have to really fight to keep from hitting the floor. If I ever get pulled over I'm Toast. My Neurologist prescribed Physical Therapy for me and I have going for 3 weeks now. I think it may be making a difference but did yard work yesterday and fell down several times. I used to be pretty Aguilar and athletic. This gets pretty depressing sometimes. Oh well. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
