Is anyone suffering from a bad depression at the moment. I was managing ok until the past week or so, I feel a huge wave of anger and frustration coming over me. I don't no why this is so strong at the moment but I just feel like I'm helpless and can't enjoy life much lately

I go through my own bout of depression. Try to do things you enjoy. Smile. Look at nature. Breath deeply. Get some fresh air if you can. And if none of that is helping...yell, scream till you feel better. Let it out. You've a right to fight. Let that negative energy go! But of course, don't stay there too long. I hope you'll feel better soon.

I think most of us get bad times were only human and I'll be the first to admit it. I find a really good cry and letting it out releases it for a while and then I pick myself up and move forward again. It's normal to have all these emotions I feel. Sometimes counselling can help or anti depressants. If you find you are depressed for too long then you need to reach out for help ๐Ÿ’›

I also think I'm going through some sort of depression. A good cry, some wine and play play with my dog. I have a chocolate lab named Cooper- but he's anything but mini. He's getting old and limps around but is so happy when I'm home. I think pets, especially dogs are a wonderful therapy - they accept you for who you are and don't judge you....

Sometimes wishful positive thinking isn't enough. Find a therapist AND a anti-depressant if it goes on more than two weeks. Saying mind over matter when you have depression is the same as think happy thoughts and your diabetes or MS will go away.
