Yes diet can help but in the end yu still have MS and yes we cant blame MS for everything, but it can cause things to go on no matter what we eat or how much we exercise or what ever we do to help MS. I just try to take it one day at a time trust God to take care of me. I will be praying for youπŸ™πŸ€—πŸ™‚πŸ’ͺ

Perhaps some, but it is easy to believe that every problem we have is related to MS

I am no doctor. But I have had MS most of my life. I find it is easy to blame everything on the horrible disease. The most helpful thing for me has been improved nutrition. When I cut out the meat and dairy, I hurt less. Just saying.
