Members shared a wide range of personal tips for managing swallowing difficulties, a common challenge in the MS community. Several members suggested practical strategies like coating pills with honey or applesauce, drinking water before meals and medications, sitting upright, and tilting the head forward while swallowing. A recurring theme was working with doctors to adjust medications, such as switching to liquid or powder forms, and getting a swallowing study done to better understand the issue.

The common we have is MS but, we have different biological make-ups through birth genetics. Please speak with your physician, you can receive hypothetical suggestions, or communicate with someone who knows your full medical history and can help pin point the source of your challenge. Peace prayers and wellness to you.
