It's way too complicated to explain right now lol.... however, it's a magical little surgery used to treat bladder and Bowel incontinence and overactive bladder as well as ( in my case) auto mimic neuropathy and severe intestinal motility secondary to gastroparesis. So it may be worth asking abot ☺️ Thank you
