I have tried Oxytrol patches. Also a bit of EFT tapping therapy. Works so-so. I think sometimes it is mind over matter. The more i stress over the issue, the worse it gets.

For managing overactive bladder symptoms in multiple sclerosis (MS), over-the-counter medications are not typically recommended. Instead, various treatments and strategies are suggested:

- Medications: Prescription medications like anticholinergics can help manage bladder contractions, though they may have side effects such as dry mouth.
- Pelvic Floor Exercises: Kegel exercises can strengthen the muscles supporting the bladder and urethra, improving symptoms.
- Cranberry Supplements: Some people with MS use cranberry supplements to reduce the frequency of urinary tract infections (UTIs).
- Acupuncture: This alternative treatment may help alleviate bladder issues.

Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new treatment.
