So recently, I noticed issues while showering. It starts out as a few minutes into the shower, I'm fine. At about five minutes or so, I start feeling flushed. Almost immediately after that, I notice my heart fluttering, like an arrhythmia. Finally, the dizziness/vertigo, balance issues.

Has anybody experienced this, or is it just me?

I'm now kind of scared to shower, but I have no other choice right now.

try using a showering stool. I have found mine invaluable. I also have a stool to sit on when I come out of the shower. Wear a towelling dressing gown to dry most of yourself and then you only have your feet to dry Good luck xx

I take Luke warm showers and I have a sit on the shower. I cut my hair very short so I don't have to blow dry my hair.
But even with Luke warm water some time I get very flush and taking a shower is like I have done a triathlon. So I usually take my showers at night before going to bed and that works better for me.

Just be careful with the showering stool. I was sitting down rinsing my conditioner off and the chair got so slippery, I shot off of it, not slowly either. Guess I’m gonna have to get some of those little non skid flower things to put on my stool. And yes showering is horrible for me, I burn up and sweat so bad and feel so uncomfortable for at least an hour or more after my showers.

After my shower I am so hot, I can't seem to cool off. I'm sweating profusely and sometimes feel shaky. I sit on from of my fan if I have time and that helps a bit. I'm afraid of passing out one of these days. I'm hoping to purchase a cooling vest in the next two weeks. I also have two cooling towels from Mission and a neck gator which doubles as a mask and is wet and cool.
