Neurologist recommended Vitamin D but no other medication .

5,000 IU per day, plus Rx pill at 50,000 IU once a week.

5000IU/day - I really like the Usana D3....I feel better on that than the other type I got from Amazon.

I take 2000ui so basically two pills a day or at least I’m suppose to

Hi Gwen, I had my vitamin D level taken in September came back very low. I take 5000 IU a day. I think it has made a difference in energy and pain. Will recheck the end of this month. Hope that helps
