Psoriasis or just plain acme is probably what I have. Tried tsal and helps. Would help to get rid of it if I shampoo/use it once a day, but who does that. Use once every 2 or 3 days and should suffice. I would say MS related, but my brother who doesn't have MS also has this. Cost is ~$8.00 for the bottle and last for many uses. Good lather, no smell left after use and leaves hair feeling clean. There are probably better products out there, but this works for me. At least it allowed me to get a haircut without scalp pain 2 weeks ago. Anyway, hope it helps.

I stumbled on something that works really well for me, and that is Neutragena T/Sal. It's actually a shampoo for scalp acne.

Well happy to say that i won't be finding that out .hair brushing is way down on my list.
Honestly that hasn't happened yet.
