Personally I think if your able to carry on working then do so, there are different types of ms, and different stages, no two people are the same, they can have similar problems, everybody's pain threshold is different......it's entirely up to you, you know your body xxxx
I was working full time untill in October 2014 I could not work anymore. I experienced so many problems. In 2015 I followed a Rehab program. It did me well.
According to Dutch law I was seen by insurance Doctor and in the end I was put in Disability. They said to me I would never be able to teach anymore.
I kept on praying and was back to work for 50%.
Just last january I needed to stop as I had a relaps and was admitted to Hospital. After praying I was released after 3 days with no treatment at all. Praise the Lord!
I am now at home, but determined to get back to work with the help of the Lord.
It is good to be involved in work, as it gives you fulfillment, distraction, development of yourself, contacts etc.
Do not give up! Stay involved.
Soon as my Doctor said i have MS and it's not good to be working i put in For Disability Now you may have some set backs until you get it but Stay Strong Soldier
I worked until I lost vision in both eyes and could no longer drive or see anyone or anything more than 2 feet away. Then I applied . Thankful I did and thankful God was in corner
